Program Purpose / Objectives
The purpose of this CME activity is to examine the legal requirements for advance directives and discuss the professionalís role in the management of end of life care.

Following attendance at this educational activity, participants should be able to:
·Provide Leadership in preliminary planning for end of life
· Assist in the development of advance directives
· Address and ensure the patient’s right to die
· Discuss complex case scenarios regarding the right to die
· Accurately determine brain death
· Exhibit appropriate terminal medical care and caring
Conference Sessions generally take place on days at sea (as itinerary allows), giving you plenty of time to enjoy your meals, evenings and ports of call with your companion, family and friends.
