Preliminary Objectives for Activity
Participants will learn; 1) about the association of cardiovascular risk factors and diagnosis with emotional symptoms and problems; 2) the impact of a cardiovascular episode or problem on the effected person’s partner and other close significant others; 3) the interplay between stress and distress and coronary difficulties, and; 4) how to intervene more effectively utilizing a collaborative, integrative, psycho-cardiology understanding and treatment regimen.
Conference Sessions generally take place during the days at sea (as cruise itinerary allows) to avoid conflicts with Ports of Call or evening entertainment.
Accreditation: Continuing Education, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
