Program Purpose / Objectives
Private Lenders – Have you ever lost a good deal because the bank took too long? You may never lose another deal because you lack the money! Learn how to get financing for your deals without banks, without credit applications and even without good credit scores. Pension plans, IRAs, and other sources of funding are looking for good places to invest due to the record low interest rates in todays market.

Asset Protection – You will learn how to structure entities for maximum tax savings and lawsuit protection. When C-corporations make sense. The truth about Nevada entities. Why LLC’s beat LP’s (except in Texas). What kind of asset protection really matters.

Tax Planning – This session could easily save you more than the cost of the cruise. Save thousands of your hard earned tax dollars. Maximize depreciation deductions. Minimize social security taxes. Creative 1031 techniques. Get the most out of (and for) your children. Write off as much as reasonably possible.

Effective Bookkeeping – Develop the knowledge to do your own books right and save thousands of dollars in professional fees and taxes. If you do not have a balance sheet and income statement for each property, you simply don’t know your business. The good news is it’s a lot easier than you think!

Ask The Expert - Roth IRAs, flips, rehabs, 1031 exchanges, you choose the topics. Bring your questions and get answers at these popular round-table sessions.
Conference Sessions generally take place on days at sea (as itinerary allows), giving you plenty of time to enjoy your meals, evenings and ports of call with your companion, family and friends.

Cruise Line cancellation policies are strictly enforced. For that reason, we urge all of our travelers to carefully consider whether travel insurance is a good value for them.

Certainly, if you have reason to think that "something might come up" that might force you to cancel, travel insurance is worth the cost of the premium. Examples we've seen in the past include ill or frail family members and changes in employment causing relocation.

If travel insurance is the right choice for you, we recommend TravelSafe. To visit their site and explore your options click here or on the link above; this link allows you to price out the insurance plan you prefer. The cruise lines also offer travel insurance and we'd be happy to help you go that route if you'd prefer.
