CHERYL RANDOLPH
RN, MSN, CCRN, CEN, FNP-BC

Ms. Randolph holds academic degrees in public and nursing administration, while practicing in the area of critical care. She also acts as an independent legal nurse consultant reviewing medical and nursing malpractice cases for both plaintiff and defense legal firms. Her specialized nursing education and experience gives her an exceptional understanding of the demands within nursing management and administration, and the challenges we face each day within a potentially litigious environment.

CHARLOTTE DANIELS, RN
Based upon a clinical foundation of 32 years, Ms. Daniels has combined her nursing expertise within the legal arena as an expert witness and a legal nurse consultant. She has reviewed hundreds of nursing malpractice cases and has given expert testimony in a variety of malpractice cases. She uses this vast knowledge to offer invaluable information about fine-tuning safety awareness within the hospital environment and recognizing the hospital "hot spots" to prevent problems
