Dr. Steven Gutter, a national consultant and speaker since 1985, is a clinical instructor on non-surgical periodontics and practice management at the University of Miami's G.P.R. He has delivered over 600 seminars and consultations to over 11,000 offices and has published widely in dental literature. Dr. Gutter practiced for ten years in San Francisco.

His clients include some of the world's finest organization, such as 3M, GE, Best Buy, Northwestern Mutual Life and Ritz Carlton Hotels. He taught principles of leadership and organizational performance on four continents.
