Program Purpose / Objectives
The purpose of this CME activity is to update the general internist on current diagnosis and management of commonly encountered adult diseases.

“At the conclusion of this CME activity, participants shall be able to: · Describe current investigation and management of:
acute chest pain
acute abdominal pain and GI symptoms
acute respiratory distress
· Define the appropriate evaluation of anemia
· Conduct evaluations of elderly patients recognizing complications of the aging process
· Recognize indications for patient referrals to sub-specialists
