Alex A. Giannini, D.D.S. Chief Executive Officer, Dynamic Dental Partners
Dr. Giannini has over 22 years of experience in the administration and management of dental practices including their related businesses, as well as manufacturing, and real estate development/management. He practiced dentistry in Florida for nine years while he simultaneously co-owned and managed 7 dental practices. He founded Comfortable Care Dental Group in 1989 and served full-time as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and President for nine years during which he poised the company for an unprecedented acquisition event.

In addition to his leadership role of the Dynamic Dental Partner's 150+ team members, Dr. Giannini serves many roles with Dynamic Dental Partners, a national dental practice management group. These roles include doctor recruitment, head coach/trainer, business development, marketing director, strategic planner/business analyst to oversee the financial operations (including accounting systems, forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting of each individual affiliated dental practice). Dr. Giannini also focuses on the acquisition of new practices while securing new management agreements for Giannini Management Enterprises, LLC. Additionally, he oversees the technology the company utilizes along with the design and implementation of all systems for each practice.

From long-term strategy to day-to-day business, Dr. Giannini's planning expertise and operational focus is the powerful cornerstone of Dynamic Dental Partners. His continuous focus and dedication to setting new standards by contributing significant time and resources to qualitative training programs benefit each individual team member and the company alike. His career keenly demonstrates significant progress in diverse capacities and solid instincts in driving solutions to maximize profitability.

Dr. Giannini is an influential member of the dental industry and has been featured as a guest speaker at many Practice Management conferences. Dr. Giannini attended the University of Florida, and subsequently earned his DDS degree in 1988 from Georgetown University School of Dentistry. He completed a General Practice Residency at SUNY in Syracuse, New York in June of 1989.


George N. Strickland, D.D.S., Chief Clinical Director, Dynamic Dental Partners
Dr. Strickland, co-founder and executive of DDP, a national dental practice management group, is also instrumental in setting up de novo practices and transitioning faltering dental practices while driving them to financial success. He is an established, experienced dentist and developer of dental practices. Dr. Strickland learned the value of team-building to achieve successful results. Having built profitable offices while practicing dentistry, he is a role model for new and experienced dental professionals alike.

Dr. Strickland, in his role as Chief Clinical Director of Dynamic Dental Partners, is responsible for structuring the DDP Department of Education, providing executive leadership, policy direction, functional management, and guidance in coordinating the company's overall efforts to organize and enhance its clinical education programs. He possesses more than twenty years of experience designing and providing clinical education and training and serving as a senior lecturer. Dr. Strickland has inspired, educated and mentored over 300 dental professionals with dental practice solutions that he has fleshed out of his lifetime of care, best-practice methodology. Recently, Dr. Strickland has partnered with seasoned, doctoral educators to develop a robust curriculum for a classroom and online education system for DDP. Well known for his innovative ideas, Dr. Strickland believes that knowledge should be shared and exchanged. He has a talent for building and drawing from a deep knowledge base derived from the collective of industry leaders to drive innovative design solutions from conception to reality. His progressive pursuit of clinical and administrative excellence benefits all of his students and business practices.

Dr. Strickland received his D.D.S. degree from the Georgetown University School of Dentistry and served his residency at the Cornell University Medical College Hospital. He is active in numerous professional organizations and associations and has received numerous awards during his career for his outstanding business practices in the industry of dentistry.
