Hoda Yousef, DMD, MS, is a distinguished prosthodontist, educator, and academic leader whose career reflects a sustained commitment to excellence in clinical care, scholarship, and teaching. She completed her specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine), earning both a Certificate in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology.

Dr. Yousef is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, reflecting the highest level of professional achievement in her specialty. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, the International College of Dentists, and the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics.

At Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Yousef serves as Professor and Vice-Chair in the Restorative Department of Prosthodontics and Biomaterials. She holds multiple key leadership roles, including Director of the Undergraduate Restorative Department, Director of Quality Assurance for the Restorative Department, Course Director of the Pre-Clinical Fixed Prosthodontics Course, Course Director for Implant Dentistry, and Clinical Director of the Implant Program. She also serves on the Research Committee for the Master’s Program in the Postgraduate Prosthodontics Program and previously served as President of the Academic Assembly Committee.

In addition to her academic leadership, Dr. Yousef maintains an active faculty practice as a prosthodontist at Rutgers Dental School, providing advanced restorative and implant care. She served as Past President of the New Jersey Chapter of the American College of Prosthodontists and currently serves as Chair of the Scientific Investigation Committee for the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics.

A respected lecturer and scholar, Dr. Yousef has delivered numerous presentations on implant prosthodontics at national meetings, including the Academy of Osseointegration and the American College of Prosthodontists, as well as at universities and study clubs across the country. She has also lectured internationally on the surgical placement and prosthetic restoration of dental implants. Her research interests focus on implant prosthodontics, with multiple publications stemming from her scholarly work. Dr. Yousef is deeply committed to education, mentorship, and the advancement of prosthodontics, viewing the opportunity to share knowledge as both a privilege and a professional responsibility.
