Faculty
Cathy Criswell, CPA, CIA is an internal audit manager for the city of Tulsa. She has worked for the city since 1988 when the Internal Auditing Department was first established, assisting with the creation of the department, developing new audit methodologies and the audit universe.

Prior to joining the city of Tulsa, she was a senior accountant for Arthur Young and Company, and a staff accountant for Coopers and Lybrand. The Institute of Internal Auditors appointed Ms. Criswell to its Volunteer Seminar Leader Program in 1995 and awarded her distinguished faculty member status in 1998 after teaching numerous auditing seminars.

Ms. Criswell received her B.S. degree in business administration, graduating with honors, from the University of Tulsa. She earned certification as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

Cathey L. Joseph, a shareholder in Hebert Schenk P.C., has been counsel on several billion-dollar multi-site loans and numerous loans in excess of $100 million. Since 1986, she has represented real estate investors and developers in the sale, purchase and lease of vacant and developed real estate, including the creation of several master planned communities in Arizona.

Ms. Joseph has provided estate planning services to high net-worth clients, business owners and professionals and their families since 1983. She also assists these families in preserving the assets they have accumulated. She is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Arizona (sections on real property, probate, estates and trusts), past president of the Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women, Arizona delegate to the National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women and Commercial Mortgage Securitization Association.

Ms. Joseph received her B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Texas at El Paso and her J.D. degree from Arizona State University College of Law.

Robert L. Corallino received his B.S. degree in accounting and M.B.A. degree from West Virginia University. He passed the certified public accountant’s exam to receive the CPA designation. Mr. Corallino is the sole stockholder and president of a medium-sized CPA firm in Manchester, New Hampshire, by the designated name of Robert L. Corallino, CPA, PC. The corporation specializes in taxes, financial statement preparation, forensic accounting, tax and financial planning, with Mr. Corallino personally testifying in court as an expert witness in divorce and financial situations.

Mr. Corallino has also lectured to various companies concerning beginning investment in the stock market with emphasis on increasing net worth while lowering your tax burden. Mr. Corallino has taught at various universities and colleges in the United States, as well as Europe.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT:
