Faculty
Dr. Steve Gutter, MBA has been there helping practices since the popularity began for early diagnosis and treatment of perio diseases in the general practice. His interest in the clinical side of dentistry and perio is updated with new material every year from the American Academy of Periodontology annual meetings.

Dr. Gutter helped further develop the general practice's non-surgical periodontal services from his microscopically modulated “Keyes Program” in his San Francisco office to the original co-authorship of ProDentec's Soft-Tissue Management™ in 1985 to serving on Arestin's Protocol Advisory Board in 2003 while teaching offices to develop today's progressive Perio/Hygiene Department by using the newest diagnostic and treatment approaches available.

As a member of the Triple-Win Seattle Study Club of Aventura, FL, Dr. Gutter keeps current with implant-supported restorative periodontal dentistry prostheses, cosmetics, practice management, and case presentation expertise. The increases in profit he has helped doctors generate are a direct product of the higher quality of the comprehensive care he supports.

Dr. Gutter's consulting work focuses on the human elements of leadership, teamwork, and relationships to affect the outstanding results he realizes in practices. Through a complete analysis, he collects data on your practice, creates an action plan, and helps the office implement the systems with your personalized post-consult report, monthly monitors, and scheduled teleconferences. He doesn't "leave you hanging".

Ports of Call
Hilo, Hawaii - Gaze up from this charming town and see snow-capped Mauna Kea volcano. It's just one of the scenic marvels in this exotic greenhouse of lush tropical plants, towering banyan trees, thundering falls and enough flowers to fill a rainbow. Arid deserts, steaming fissures and volcanoes that blow their tops are just as impressive.
Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii - Combine the languid allure of the tropics with big-city sophistication, then add the spirit of aloha, and you've got Honolulu. This Pacific crossroads features museums, dazzling beaches, historic Pearl Harbor and spectacular sunrises over Diamond Head. Gardenias and jasmine blanket the air with a heady fragrance, and pink sunsets cast a magical glow over fabled Waikiki Beach.
Kona, Hawaii - The sun-blessed Kona coast stretches 80 miles along macadamia nut orchards, famous coffee plantations and some of the most important sites in Hawaiian history. The coast is famous for water sports, and the Hawaiian International Billfish Tournament is a world-renowned annual event.
Maui, Hawaii - Once the center of the notorious Yankee Pacific whaling fleet, today Lahaina's historic grog shops and ship chandleries have been transformed into fashionable boutiques, galleries and restaurants. Other popular optional shore excursions: a humpback whale search; Haleakala Crater, so vast it could swallow Manhattan, skyscrapers and all; the heavenly road to Hana and the seven sacred pools.
Nawiliwili, Kauai, Hawaii - The Garden Isle, Kauai receives the most rainfall of all the Hawaiian Islands, which leads to lush vegetation and elegant hibiscus blossoms, as well as a huge canyon carved by wind and water erosion. Marvel at the narrow paths worn by the ancient Menehunes into the cliffsides of the steep Na Pali Coast, unmarred by roads and unapproachable except by foot trail or helicopter.

Cruise Line cancellation policies are strictly enforced. For that reason, we urge all of our travelers to carefully consider whether travel insurance is a good value for them.

Certainly, if you have reason to think that "something might come up" that might force you to cancel, travel insurance is worth the cost of the premium. Examples we've seen in the past include ill or frail family members and changes in employment causing relocation.

If travel insurance is the right choice for you, we recommend TravelSafe. To visit their site and explore your options click here or on the link above; this link allows you to price out the insurance plan you prefer. The cruise lines also offer travel insurance and we'd be happy to help you go that route if you'd prefer.
