Dr. Hyunmi Choi graduated Cum Laude from medical school at SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse in New York. Dr. Choi completed her internship at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City and her residency in Neurology at the Neurological Institute at Columbia University Medical Center.
Following her residency, she went on for her clinical fellowship in epilepsy at the Columbia Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. Dr. Choi speaks fluent Korean.

Dr. Lee graduated from Mount Sinai Medical School and trained at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center for internship and residency. After serving as a Chief Medical Resident, he joined the Section of Hospital Medicine in the Department of Medicine at Columbia University. Since 2002, he has served as an Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
Since 2003, he has been the Medical Director of the Hospitalist Program. Since 2013, he has been the Medical Director for International Services at New York Presbyterian Hospital/CUMC. He has been the Head Team Internist for the New York Yankees since 2003 and for the new MLS soccer team, New York City Football Club, since 2015.
Jai Radhakrishnan, MD, MS
Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center
Clinical Chief, Division of Nephrology, New York Presbyterian Hospital
Dr. Radhakrishnan is Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Medical Center. He is the Director of Clinical Services of the Nephrology Division. His clinical and research interests are the in the therapy of chronic kidney disease (including glomerular diseases and lupus kidney disease) and intensive care nephrology.
He is a fellow of the American Society of Nephrology and National Kidney Foundation. His commitment to medical education and patient care is exemplified by his numerous teaching awards and his inclusion in the Who's Who among America's Teachers & Educators, America's Best Doctors and Castle Connolly's Top Doctor.
