Faculty
Preeti Jois, MD, FACEP

Dr. Jois is Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of South Florida Emergency Medicine Residency program (Tampa General Hospital). Dr. Jois completed her undergraduate work at the University of Florida and is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine. After completing a residency in emergency medicine at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Dr. Jois pursued a fellowship focusing specifically on cardiovascular emergencies at the Cleveland Clinic. A diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine, Dr. Jois has authored several papers and studies related to cardiovascular emergencies.

Prior to joining USF, Dr. Jois was an assistant professor at the University of Florida Emergency Medicine Residency Program in Gainesville, where she opened UF Health-Shands Hospital's first Chest Pain Evaluation Center and served as its Medical Director. In 2010, she received the UF College of Medicine's Exemplary Teacher Award.

Dr. Jois also serves as Captain in the US Air Force Reserves as part of the Critical Care Air Transport Team (CCATT) with the 920th ASTS at Patrick Air Force Base. She enjoys distance running (marathons/half-marathons), spending time with friends and family, and global-trekking in her personal moments away from work.

Randolph Taylor II, MD, CAQSM
Faculty, Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program
Sugar Land, TX

Dr. Taylor earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Taylor completed both his internship and residency in family medicine at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He attended Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL . Here he completed his primary care sports medicine fellowship. Dr. Taylor has served as the team physician for the University of South Florida volleyball team and Eckerd College athletics. Currently, he serves as a ringside physician for USA boxing and professional boxing and mixed martial arts events. He is a team physician for Houston Baptist University, as well as Finish Line Medical Captain for the Houston Marathon. He provides medical coverage for high school and community sporting events.

Dr. Taylor found his way into medicine through a combination of a strong interest in science and a love of sports. His diverse background includes providing inpatient, outpatient and battlefield medical care as a staff physician to soldiers, their families and veterans during his military service. While on active duty, Dr. Taylor completed a combat tour in Iraq supporting Operation New Dawn. He was also the medical director for the Warrior Transition Battalion at Ft. Campbell, KY. Dr. Taylor was honorably discharged at the rank of Major from the United States Army.

Dr. Taylor is current faculty member at Memorial Family Medicine Residency program, located in Sugar Land, TX. He is interested in concussion management and ultrasound guided therapy for treating musculoskeletal injuries.

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), NJ - Cape Liberty Cruise Port is located on the New York Harbor in Bayonne, New Jersey, and is just seven miles from New York City and three miles from Newark Liberty International Airport. Its waterfront location and convenience to the Big Apple allows visitors easy access to everything New York City has to offer along with providing visitors access to the historic roots of Northern New Jersey.
