Graham Billingham, MD, FACEP, FAAEM
Dr. Billingham completed undergraduate studies in Biology at Stanford University, medical school at UCLA Medical Center and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He is board certified and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Billingham has 28 years of experience as an emergency medicine physician. He speaks nationally and internationally on healthcare change and emerging risk and has lectured in more than 250 CME courses on risk management, operations, documentation, patient safety, information technology, coding and billing, and malpractice prevention. As Chief Medical Officer, he is responsible for leading MedPro's Healthcare Advisory Boards and working with the Business Council to support clinical risk and patient safety, claims, underwriting and sales efforts. Most recently Dr. Billingham served as President & CEO for EPIC RRG. He has also served on the physician advisory boards of several technology and insurance companies, the American College of Emergency Physicians Medical Legal Committee and Coding and Nomenclature Committee. He is Emeritus Chairman of the Emergency Medicine Patient Safety Foundation and has served on the Board of EDPMA. He founded and served as Medical Director for The Center for Emergency Medical Education and was a co-founder of the National Emergency Medicine Board Review Course.
Cori Loomis, Esq, Christensen Law Group, PLLC
Cori H. Loomis' primary focus is on the representation of health care providers with transactional, compliance, reimbursement, legislative and regulatory compliance issues. She also represents other commercial entities in transactional and regulatory issues and advises clients regarding employee benefit and employee law issues. Loomis graduated with special distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 1991 and with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1994. Loomis is licensed to practice law in all Oklahoma State Courts. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. In 2010, Loomis was listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Administrative/Regulatory Law by U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers and ranked by Chambers U.S.A. in Corporate/Commercial: Healthcare. She also received a Leadership in the Law award from the Journal Record in 2010 and was accepted to the Oklahoma Bar Association Leadership Academy in 2011. Loomis was selected by Governor Mary Fallin to the Oklahoma Board of Nursing, for a term started in November 2011. Loomis is involved in charitable and civic activities by serving as a board member of Community Health Charities from 2007 through 2011 and as a member of the Church of the Servant Administrative Council since 2009. She also was elected to the board of Prevent Blindness and began her term in January 2011. She was elected to the Crossing Christian School Parent Teacher Fellowship Board, for a term from September 2011 through August 2012.
Wes Glinsmann, MA, CAE, OSMA Executive Director
Wes Glinsmann is the Executive Director for the Oklahoma State Medical Association. Prior to being promoted to his role in 2017, he served nearly nine years as the organization's Director of Legislative Affairs. Before joining the OSMA in 2008, Wes spent 4 1/2 years as Director of Government Affairs for the American Heart Association in Oklahoma. In addition to OSMA and AHA, Wes previously served on staff for then-Congressman J.C. Watts (R-OK), at the Oklahoma Capitol for the House Republican Floor Leader and for two government relations firms in Washington, DC. Wes holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Wes lives in Yukon with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys reading, homebrewing, fishing and playing golf.

Arriving a day or two early does more than just eliminate the stress of same-day travel—it allows you to immerse yourself in the energy of one of America's most dynamic cities, ensuring you step onto your ship already relaxed and in a vacation state of mind.
**Your Pre-Cruise Miami Itinerary**
Upon arriving at Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), a rideshare or taxi can have you settled into your hotel in South Beach, Brickell, or Downtown in under 30 minutes. The historic downtown is a compact grid of Danish colonial architecture, where 18th-century stone warehouses now house an extensive array of jewelry, liquor, and electronic stores. For a genuine sense of the old city, step away from the main thoroughfares and explore the quiet stone-paved alleys. A worthwhile challenge is the climb up the historic “99 Steps” (actually 103) for rewarding views over the harbor.
For many, the highlight of St. Thomas is escaping the city bustle. The Skyride to Paradise Point offers the definitive panoramic photograph of your ship in the turquoise harbor—it’s a tourist staple for good reason. Of course, the beaches are a primary draw.
