Dr. Buzzard is a decorated veteran and served numerous deployments to Iraq as a flight surgeon and emergency physician. He was an EMT and combat medic before becoming a physician in the US Army. Clinical Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine, Bryan-College Station Campus, Bryan, TX Regional EMS Medical Director for numerous EMS agencies and aircraft. Dr. Buzzard, who is Board Certified in both Emergency Medicine and EMS Medical Direction, is an emergency physician at the CHI St. Joseph emergency trauma center in Bryan, Texas. The facility is a level II trauma center, and the largest hospital in the region.
