Dr. Dania Rumbak is a board-certified pediatrician, pediatric intensivist, and healthcare entrepreneur. She serves as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Florida State University College of Medicine and as an Attending Physician in Pediatric Urgent Care at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida. Dr. Rumbak earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and her medical degree from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. She completed both her pediatric residency and pediatric critical care fellowship at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in New York, and holds dual board certification in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
Prior to relocating to Florida, Dr. Rumbak served on the medical staffs and clinical faculties at Columbia University Medical Center and New York University Medical Center. In addition to publishing clinical research in peer-reviewed medical journals, she has applied her clinical expertise to healthcare innovation, serving as co-founder and Chief Medical Officer of Baby Doctor, a pediatric urgent care startup.
Dr. Rumbak resides in Ormond Beach, Florida, with her husband and their two children.
