Jessica Crandall Snyder, RDN, CDCES, is a nationally recognized Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and founder of VitalRD, based in Centennial, Colorado. She earned her degree from Colorado State University and completed her postgraduate training in Oneonta, New York, with clinical rotations at Rose Medical Center. Jessica leads a thriving virtual practice, partnering with healthcare providers and developing hospital-based outpatient nutrition programs to expand access to high-quality, patient-centered care.
With expertise spanning weight management, obesity care, bariatric nutrition, diabetes management, sports nutrition, and family health, Jessica is passionate about helping individuals navigate sustainable lifestyle change in a supportive and approachable environment. She is known for translating complex nutrition science into practical, actionable strategies that empower both patients and providers.
A respected leader in her field, Jessica has served as President of the Colorado Dietetic Association and was named Colorado Dietitian of the Year.
