Dr. Julia Jenkins is an accomplished family physician and educator. After obtaining her medical degree from the University of South Florida, Dr. Jenkins completed her residency at Bayfront Medical Center and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She was awarded the Degree of Fellow from the American Academy of Family Physicians and completed a Faculty Development Fellowship at the University of North Carolina.

Dr. Jenkins’ clinical interests include lifestyle and obesity medicine, lipidology and cardiovascular disease, advocacy, and ophthalmology. She currently serves as Associate Program Director for the USF-MPM Family Medicine Residency Program in Clearwater, Florida, and chairs the Continuing Professional Development Committee for the Florida Academy of Family Physicians.

She routinely lectures regionally and nationally and is widely recognized for delivering engaging, relevant, and practice-changing presentations that empower clinicians to improve patient outcomes.
